Tree Condition Survey
Assessing a trees condition to better inform management options
A Tree Condition Survey gives you an overview of the trees health. It is not a formal risk assessment although it does often go hand in hand with one. You can use this type of survey to fulfil your duty of care to others under the The Occupiers Liability Act 1984 as well as arming yourself with a good understanding of your tree and its condition.
In this survey we would look at potential structural defects and physiological concerns. This could include assessing the tree's upper crown with a tree climbing inspection. Once this information has been gathered we can consider if there is a management solution that could improve them.
We provide Tree Condition Surveys at sites all over the South West of the UK, including Somerset, Bristol & Bath, South Gloucester and South Wales.
